From the 1902 stage musical version of L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Fred Stone as the Scarecrow and David C. Montgomery as the Tin Man.
This stage version, the first to use the shortened title “The Wizard of Oz,” opened in Chicago in 1902, then moved to Broadway where it enjoyed a long run.
